Managing Room Limits Based on Your Subscription

Your ability to add rooms and room types is determined by the subscription package you are currently on. Each package comes with predefined limits for the number of rooms and room types you can create within the system.

Adding More Rooms or Room Types

  • You can add additional rooms under existing room types as long as your subscription limit allows it.

  • The total number of rooms and room types must remain within the limits defined by your subscribed package.

Subscription Limit Alerts

If you attempt to add rooms or room types beyond your allowed limit, you may encounter alerts such as:

  • Warning You reach Maximum room#! Please contact support team.

These alerts indicate that you have reached the capacity defined by your current subscription plan.


What to Do If You Reach the Limit

If you receive any of the above alerts, you have the following options:

  1. Upgrade Your Subscription

    • Subscribe to a higher plan or add-on that allows additional rooms or room types.

  2. Contact GreySoft Support
