Overview
If you are experiencing issues while trying to make an online booking, this is commonly caused by booking restrictions or rule configurations within the system.
If You Are Managing the Property in GraceSoft
Please review the following settings, as they can restrict online bookings:
1. Setup -> Web Booking -> Booking Engine Settings
Check for any:
Date blocks or restrictions
Stop sell rules
Booking limitations applied at the web booking level
- Lead days (minimum or maximum days required before arrival)
2. Setup -> Reservation Rules
Verify whether any of the following rules are applied:
Minimum or maximum length of stay
Arrival or departure restrictions
These rules may prevent bookings for specific dates or conditions.
