NEW FEATURE

Restrict Guest from Booking Online

A new option has been added under Guest Details → Special to restrict specific guests from making new online bookings. A checkbox labeled “Do Not Allow New Reservation” lets you flag such guests. When enabled, a custom alert message will appear during the booking process to prevent reservation completion. This helps properties manage blocked or flagged guests more effectively.

NEW FEATURE

Booking Phase Report

A new Booking Pace by Room Type/Room Name report has been added under the Report →   Booking Pace section. This report allows users to compare booking performance between two date ranges (Pace A vs. Pace B) by room type/room name. It shows metrics such as total nights, nights booked, occupancy %, revenue, discounts, taxes, and average daily rate.

Users can export data to Excel, PDF, or XML. This helps properties analyze trends, identify gaps, and optimize pricing and inventory strategies.

NEW FEATURE
Payment Link – Phase 2 Enhancements

Reservation Letter: Added a new placeholder tag “Online Payment Deposit Link”, which generates a payment link based on the deposit rule set under Setup → Web Booking → Booking Engine Settings → Deposit Type.

History & Notifications:

– Payment activity now adds a history entry under the reservation.

– Successful payments are also logged in the OTA Notification Panel.

– This applies to both standard and deposit payment links.

Editable Payment Amount (Deposit Link Only):

Guests can edit the payment amount before submitting (like QuickBooks invoices), but not more than the total due. This is exclusive to the new deposit link. Edits are logged in reservation history.

FEATURE ENHANCEMENT

FREE TRIAL SETUP FORM

We have released a new, optimized version of the Free Trial Setup Form to enhance user experience and streamline lead collection. The form now features a modern UI with responsive design, additional fields for better lead qualification, and a smoother submission flow.

FEATURE ENHANCEMENT

ONLINE BOOKING V4 LOGGING

A new log has been added to track all activity related to Online Booking V4. This includes detailed records of room selection, reservation data, and booking steps. The log is designed to help identify and resolve errors reported during the online booking process, improving support and troubleshooting efficiency.

BUG FIX

Housekeeping report - PDF export sorting issue

The issue where sorted data in Housekeeping and similar reports was not reflected in the PDF export has now been resolved.

BUG FIX

Online Booking engine - ui & Validation fixes

Room Image Issue: Slider images on the booking page were incorrectly showing room type images instead of room view images due to incorrect settings. This will be corrected based on the selected view mode.

Guest Count Alert: When the number of guests exceeds the allowed limit, the alert now correctly displays "Number of guests exceeds" instead of an unrelated message.

BUG FIX

GIFT CERTIFICATE CREATION & USAGE ISSUE

An issue was identified where new Gift Certificates could not be created due to long loading times during the binding process. Additionally, previously generated gift certificates were not usable during billing. This has been addressed to ensure certificates load correctly and are fully functional in the billing module.

BUG FIX
Condo Portal – New Reservation Issue Fixed

An issue was identified in the Vacation Rental page of the Condo Portal where users could not create new reservations for extended stays. When selecting check-in and check-out dates beyond the visible calendar range, the fields were not editable, preventing reservation completion. This issue has now been resolved, allowing a widget to make a booking.

BUG FIX

INCORRECT TAX ON PRINT INVOICE

An issue was identified where the invoice (print/email view) showed incorrect tax totals for inventory items when multiple items was added.
